Led by Monica Cusnir, Senior Director of PCM, the division integrates nearly two decades of experience across corporate real estate, hospitality, education, mixed-use environments, and critical infrastructure. Monica’s background includes senior roles at Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE, Newmark Brasil, Walmart.com, Selina, and ISS Facility Services, along with specialized consulting across Brazil and the United States. Her track record spans high-value projects for clients such as BMW Group, Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, Nubank, Bet365, Topps/Fanatics, UBS Bank, Unibanco, and Pinheiro Neto Advogados.
